MT-PULSE
  • A class designed for those who want to jump straight in
  • It will include a variety of simple yet high intensity workouts that combine power and endurance
  • Designed to improve general fitness and weight loss

MT-FLOW
  • Inspired by yoga, powered by martial arts
  • A class unique to MT96 comprising flows of bodyweight movement for the perfect blend of yoga and conditioning
  • Designed to improve flexibility while making you sweat
MT-PULSE+
  • An advanced class that contains a variety of movements from gymnastics and cardio to weightlifting and powerlifting
  • Designed to increase strength while keeping the heart rate up
  • * Introduction course needed

Intro Course for MT-PULSE+
  • Minimum of six one-on-one sessions over three weeks
  • Two classes per week (six in total) in the MT-Pulse and/or MT-Flow classes
  • InBody and Dynostics scans
  • Basic training and nutrition advice

MT-COMPETE

FOR THE LOVE OF THE SPORT

MT-COMPETE is a program for experienced athletes who want to perform in the sport of fitness at either a local or regional level. Entry into the MT-Compete program requires experience in this form of training. More importantly, athletes need to have a clear understanding of why they want to achieve particular goals, and be honest about their physical and mental capacity.

HOW IT WORKS
MT-PULSE+

The foundation for this program is the MT-PULSE+ class. That means, athletes will be participating in the normal group classes on 4 to 5 days a week. We believe that training in a group is essential to your success.

PROGRAMMED WORK

Extra work (above the MT-PULSE+ program) will be programmed on 5 days of the week. This will be generic work that participants will need to optimise (scale) to their abilities.

INDIVIDUAL WEAKNESS-BASED WORK

Each athlete will also be expected to select weakness-based work to perform.

Athletes will be required to complete these extra components in their own time. Your coaches will be available to guide you on how best to structure your training weeks.

A NOTE ON RECOVERY

You get fitter by recovering from the training you do. The more you train, the more you need to do to recover. Think of your body as a bank account. What we do in training are withdrawals. What we do outside of training—sleep, nutrition, mobility and flexibility, mindfulness, active recovery, restoration—are deposits. The more you withdraw (from training) the more you need to put back.

Whole-body is a technique that involves short exposures to air temperatures below −100°. The benefits include:

InBody BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and display your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.

DYNOSTICS: NUTRITION & PERFORMANCE TESTING

In just 5 minutes, the nutrition test gives us information about your metabolism, calorie consumption and the % of fat, carbs and proteins you are consuming. This enables us to tailor your nutrition coaching.

The performance test is more detailed, giving us information about how you’re using fat and carbs for energy, your fitness levels and how your heart rate is responding to exercise.

The Dynostics tests are great for anyone looking to measure and track changes in fitness, and perfect for athletes of all sports who need to consistently have their nutrition and performance monitored.
